We are interested in studying in situ multiple protein distributions at subcellular mesoscale level. A COAT technique that combines super-resolution array tomography and multiplex co-detection by indexing and a PEEMIBI (pre-embedding enhanced multiplexed ion beam imaging) approach have been developed to understand the molecular changes within or near subcellular structures.
