MPFI’s Biennial Neural Circuits Research Conference

MPFI’s Sunposium conference brings hundreds of the world’s most esteemed neuroscience researchers together to highlight the challenges, latest findings, and advances that address some of the most complex issues at the forefront of understanding neural circuits.

Researchers from around the world attend Sunposium to learn and share the latest developments toward understanding neural circuits. Sunposium encourages a collaborative, problem-solving approach to some of the most pressing questions in the field. Along with elucidating basic behaviors and processes, understanding neural circuits will help researchers develop and improve treatments for neurological diseases and disorders that arise when these circuits aren’t working properly.

The conference consists of three days of talks, poster sessions, networking, exhibits, and technology demonstrations. Please see the confirmed lineup of speakers below.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now closed.

We encourage all registrants to submit abstract proposals for poster presentations or short talks. Most submitted abstracts will be selected to present in the poster sessions, which will emphasize cutting-edge findings and facilitate informal scientific discussion.

To feature the latest and most exciting results, several speakers will be selected for short talks from the submitted abstracts.

Travel awards will be available to help with the cost of attending the meeting for selected speakers, with preference given to graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty.

The deadline to submit abstracts is December 19, 2025. Abstracts can be modified after registration until abstract deadline.
